Not your ordinary hot therapy or cold-therapy mitten! Our opened fingered mitten is made with soft stretchy Coolmax(R) brand polyester. It fits snugly on the hand yet is stretchy enough to accommodate and hold in place a reuseable gel pack. Gel pack may be positioned between the mitten and the hand in more than one place—no one pocket to limit the gel pack location. Mitten comes with one logo’d gel pack which may be microwaved to supply local warmth to the hand or frozen to supply local cold. Furthermore, the gel pack supplied comes with a cloth backing on one face which should always be the face that rests against one’s skin. Mitten knitted with bi-component yarn imported from Canada (98% polyester 2% spandex). Mitten made in the U.S.A. Gel Pack made in the U.S.A.. Mitten Care: Machine wash cool gentle cycle / Cold water rinse / Avoid fabric softeners and chlorine bleach / Air Dry. For added shrink, machine wash warm gentle cycle. Mitten will appear small right out of the package. Mitten will stretch and stretch smooth upon donning. Folded fabric may be unfolded to provide additional length for those longer hands. One size fits most. Mitten may be worn alone. Before using the gel pack with the open fingered mitten we recommend practicing the placement of the unheated /unfrozen gel pack between the mitten and your hand just to get a feel for the stretchiness of the fabric and positioning the gel pack.
