I think choosing insoles is like choosing wallpaper I think choosing insoles is like choosing wallpaper, it is personal and it is possible no 2 people will have the same experience. Game changers!! I’ve tried a lot of insoles and while I don’t have flat feet, I always found the arch support too aggressive.
