Great stuff This is a great product. I have read a lot about the uses of different mushrooms for memory and the immune system. When I take this, it has a small but noticeable stimulant effect, but I am very sensitive to things like caffeine, ginseng, astragalus, etc., so I’d guess not everyone will notice that. I wouldn’t take it at night for that reason, but first thing in the morning it’s perfect. I feel sharper and more energized and it seems to counteract the effects of less sleep. I think this is a…

Carrageenan? Crazy! A wide range of research links carrageenan to gastrointestinal inflammation, including higher rates of colon cancer. Yet New Chapter (or should I say “Proctor & Gamble”) cuts corners by putting the junk in a purported immune support formula. Way to sell out, New Chapter!
