Excellent cushion, poor arch support These are cushion supports. They provide a lot of ‘squish’ and comfort. While they appear to have high arch support, they in fact have very little. The arch is 100% foam and has no plastic to reinforce it (there is a plate on the bottom but not on the arch). Therefore, the arch provides no support at all, it compresses down very easy.
