Great brace, well made! This is a really great posture brace… If you have poor posture, this will absolutely be uncomfortable when you begin to wear it. I was sore after one day of wearing it from activation of my rhomboids and inferior traps to bring back my shoulder blades. Much more efficient for posture than a clavicle brace. I highly recommend this specific brace. It is also highly durable and well made.

Sizing guide is bad, eating shipping costs is, too I was really disappointed that the shoulder straps were short. My measurements were taken several times with the waist plus the stomach, as the photo shows it wraps around the diaphragm area. So the sizing guide either is inaccurate or the factory messed up. Either way, after seeing so many others complaining about the sizing and having to eat shipping costs, I must recommend to avoid this merchant.

I ordered an XL and I have a 39cm waist. I should have gotten the XXL though as it is a little tight, I’m going to try and see if there is a happy medium that is more comfortable buy I may exchange for the larger size. It does work though my really small friend tried it on and liked it as well. The only thing you can wear it under is a loose tshirt but I won’t be wearing it always just in 30 minute intervals at…
