Excellent product My son loves the headrest. He has been using it for a week. Itâs very comfortable and extremely easy to assemble. Now they have added instructions in English too (previous reviews said they were missing). The base stays on the wheelchair rod and the headrest can be taken on and off easily so that the chair can be folded. The neck support is very firm and itâs hight can be adjusted on the velcro strip. The headrest can be easily tilted back by adjusting the screws. Overall itâs an excellent…

Waste of money… My caretaker for my daughter said its cheaply made and doesn’t really adjust like its suppose to, she also said its bulky and hard to install on my daughter’s wheelchair. Very disappointed about the product. When I go to purchase another one I will go to a medical supple store and see one for myself. It was an expensive wasted of money.
