A blessing and a curse Really just be careful of what food you put in here. It can be so hard to clean that you just throw them out.My number one use for these is during teething/fussiness.I use frozen food.Do use:-baby food/super pureed food-chop up bits of Popsicles-plain ice cube-frozen juiceDo not use bananas!!!! You’ll never get it clean!!!! Strawberries and Blueberries also hard to clean.
I love these mesh feeders These mesh feeders are a life saver for our teething 9 month old. I make my own baby food and freezer the purees in ice cube trays. When I think my baby is having a bit of teething pain, or if I’d like to offer him solid food – I’ll load the mesh feeder with frozen pureed food. I wish the opening for these teethers was big enough to fit an entire ice cube sized bite in them – unfortunately I have to cut the frozen food cube up into several pieces for it to fit into the opening. Love love love Love these feeders for my baby!! Number one there are SO much easier to clean than the Nuby mesh feeders for some reason, also they are so much easier to open. The Nuby ones re just so difficult to open!!! Like I don’t have time for all that. Now cleaning is still difficult and I feel like it never is completely clean but still easier thanks Nuby for some reason, I think it’s the type of mesh. But these are very easy for my baby to hold and great for her to be independent and eat on her own…
