BAIT and SWITCH. SecureMount hardware is an extra $36 and must be ordered separately! **** BUYER BEWARE: Bait & Switch. THe SECUREMOUNT Hardware featured in the install video and listed in the product description as “SecureMount design for easy, secure installation” ARE NOT INCLUDED AND COAT AN ADDITIONAL $36!!!! ****I have never written a product review. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!! A TOTAL RIPOFF. This product does not come with the securemount hardware as advertised in the description and shown in the installation video. It comes with wood screws and will only mount to studs in the wall. If you need to mount it to sheet rock, you must purchase the securemount hardware separately, at TWICE the cost of the grab bar

BUYER BEWARE! Moen’s video and written description of their various Grab Bars indicate that the “SecureMount” installation is included and that it is rated at 500lbs pull rate as per the ADA requirement. Not True!. First it is not included, if you want the “SecureMount” system you will need to purchase it for $21.32 for each mount and that system is rated only at 300lbs pull rate (does not meet ADA ). Very deceiving product description. What actually comes with the Grab Bar is 6, 2 inch…
