It works! To all the bad reviews about how this is not making their plants grow. Well, the trick is having the plant close enough within the range of the light. Usually 12 to 15 inches from the light bulb. According to my light meter, anything above 150 Foot Candles (FC) is considered high light. Great for keeping indoor plants healthy Last year I purchased two plants for my bathroom. Although they were supposed to be “low light” plants after a few weeks they weren’t doing great and they were clearly stretching towards the window on the other side of the room. I have red/blue lights for other plants but in the bathroom I wanted a bulb I could just put in the regular bar light fixture.
