It’s with that in mind that our Advanced Balance Beam features a patent-pending design that’s fully adjustable from nearly ground level to 2 feet high with competition-grade firmness and stability to grow with a gymnast’s skill level.

One Size Fits All

Beginners can find their confidence and conquer their fears with the beam on the ground at 7in. An ideal height for practicing fundamentals, but once they’re ready to graduate to more advanced techniques, the beam can be raised to 1½ft. by installing the extension pillars. Each pillar independently adjusts in 2in. increments up to 2ft. for more challenging heights so gymnasts can practice until their balance is as natural as breathing.

A quality balance beam needs to withstand the abuse of countless hours of hard landings and drastic shifts in supported weight, which is why ours features a solid wood core with a suede outer layer and solid steel support beams. It’s a traditional combination that lets young Olympians train in confidence during leaps, handsprings, and walkovers.
