Grossly bent, no scrubber strips. Bad people. Caution! I just received this mop, having ordered it specifically for the scrubber strip. There is no scrubber strip at all or even the plastic area where it would attach as in the photo. Moreover, while the box is undamaged, the metal mop handle is grossly bent–at about a 160 degree angle or more. Whoever put this thing in the box to ship completely lacks integrity. Very bad, evil people.
You are just wetting the floor. The mop just left Water on the floor. No absorbing at all.
Two Stars Did NOT have scrub strips as advertised.
