Toddler approved … they love firemen and M&D toys. Love this fire truck … and better yet, two toddler grandsons, love it, too. The working “hose” ( a string is really cute and draws their attention … the ladder man has put out many fires! 🙂 Wheels run smoothly and wood is smooth and painted well. Another great choice if you love the wooden line of M&D.
Awesome! A big hit! This toy was a big hit! My son is turning 4 and he doesn’t like electronic toys or toys that make music so this fire engine was the best find ever. My son likes the 3 firemen that came with the fire engine and the “hose”. This toy encourages imaginative play and drives really well on tile floor. A big hit!

The “hose” is a picece of string that’s attached very well. It doesn’t make any noise but that hasn’t taken away from how often it gets played with. (And that’s a plus in my book!) Great toy.
