This developmental toy helps to teach children multiple individual activities by assembling the puzzles. It helps to develop additional life skills such as manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. It also encourages kids to combat hurdles and develop problem-solving skills. Children can learn to tie bows and knots in a fun and educational way. This Basic Skills Board is an exceptional gift for kids ages 3 to 5 years. Add the Melissa & Doug Wooden Latches Board to round out the pretend play experience and to give kids an engaging option for screen-free fun.

Clasp board I normally love Melissa and Doug. However the last few things I have bought from them have been cheap and Ill made. At first there were some frustrations but my son plays with this calmly and it seems to soothe him. I highly recommend this toy for just plain fun but it’s also wonderful for children with special needs like my…

She is now starting to do her own zippers and buttons, so I thought I’d get this for her for practice. She likes it, but each piece comes out of the base to make it a puzzle. This makes it more difficult for her to maneuver because there is less resistance pulling against the button or snap or zipper. The piece just comes out. I may either glue them in to the board or…
