Doesn’t bend easily I bought this dollhouse family for my 3 year old daughter’s Melissa and Doug dollhouse. The family is really cute but you cannot play with. The dolls don’t bend easily and don’t stand. I’m not sure she would play with it. My 3 year old got frustrated with the dolls. So we switch the family.
This product got good reviews, but I wasnât as impressed once received This product got good reviews, but I wasnât as impressed once received. The hair on the dolls seems cheap and unless itâs in a ponytail, makes the doll look bald in spots. The jackets come off and thatâs kind of neat for a child when playing. They donât bend at all which is a drawback. Probably wouldnât have spend the money had I seen them in person first.
Great details I love this little dollhouse family set. It’s sort of old-fashioned in style, which I personally love. It reminds me of such sets from thirty years ago. It’s true that they aren’t the most bendable ever; they bend with a little effort and don’t stay completely in position (I think this is a common problem with any set except perhaps plastic). But I’m willing to sacrifice that for how detailed and beautiful they are, compared to many of the wooden or plastic sets. Great purchase!
