Our little man loves his little red wagon! Great buy! I read from other reviews that this wagon wasn’t the best at picking up blocks on the floor — that’s true. It works by having a “wheel” in the back with rubberized “fingers” that pick up blocks as you go. The blocks need to be separated before it’ll pick anything up, and you need to go at a certain speed, but it’s a neat concept.
Fun times! My daughter got this as an Easter gift (9 months old) and she loved it! She was an early walker and loves pushing this around and playing with the blocks. She typically puts all kinds of toys inside, not just the blocks it came with. I love the bright colors! The handle, so far, has held up to multiple children tugging on it, but I have been nervous about it being twisted and snapping / cracking…so far, so good. If you have multiple sets of blocks around on the floor, it doesn’t do the best…
Although it doesn’t pick up the blocks perfectly (sometimes the blocks get caught in the wheels or get stuck under the wagon) it My son received this as a Christmas gift and loves it. It is well made and withstands the rough and tumble play from my toddler. Of course it is perfect for pulling other toys around too. If you are considering purchasing this, you might want to purchase additional blocks. My son loves to build tall towers and there aren’t enough with the set…
