BEWARE – IT DOESN’T Fit all standard toilets as stated…and you can’t return! BEWARE – YOU CAN’T RETURN! I have a standard Kohler toilet with a slightly curved tank and this absolutely will NOT fit my toilet. I never dreamed that when I tried to return the item it said it was not eligible for return! You have got to be kidding me… Then do your shoppers a favor and let them know that BEFORE they purchase. As a long time Amazon customer who shops weekly I am totally disgusted!
I wanted to like it. I wanted to like it… but unfortunately it’s not compatable with my toilet. The toilet seat doesn’t unscrew on mine without leaving big washers that I can’t make fit with this. So I tried returning it, still totally unused, within a couple days, and apparently this item you can’t return… but it doesn’t say that on the product information page, so you can’t know that ahead of time which really irritates me.
32 years old and I have toilet rails! Broken foot approved! I severely broke my foot last week. Third day of my kids’ summer vacation. This resulted in surgery to reconstruct my entire foot. This means I am on bedrest for the next long while. bedrest! AHHH!
