Perfectly Happy with our K4 Wheelchair This Medline K4 is the Medline model MDS806550E. We’ve had the wheelchair for five weeks and are perfectly happy. Wife broke her tibia up near the knee. The elevating leg rest (ELR) is essential for her comfort. The arm rests can be rotated up out of the way if needed, for sitting at a table. But we haven’t needed to move the arm rests yet. The wheel chair is very sturdy and easy to use My father is 80 years old but had a heart attack (and bypass surgery in April 2017) and had an active GI bleed. After his bypass surgery and a month in the hospital, he had issues walking which caused him to stay at home and not get out. Great wheelchair for the money This is my second wheel chair, so I have experience with features and value on them. For the money, this is a great wheelchair. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and have no complaints or concerns with any of the accessories and their features. The chair glides very smoothly. The leg rests lock in solidly and are easy to remove. The leg height adjustment can be raised easily using the pad of your foot or by hand, with no binding. The back rest detaches easily.
