I also did a run with my friends when wearing this and it definitely made my knee feel better. I am a runner and sometimes I hurt my knees because of long distance running. I bought his knee brace to help my knee to recover. This knee brace is very firm and provides the necessary support I need for my knee. After I injured my knee, I could walk without a lot of pain when wearing this knee brace. I also did a run with my friends when wearing this and it definitely made my knee feel better.
