An absolute must-have for new breastfeeding moms. Absolutely a MUST for breastfeeding moms. I could not have gotten through those first weeks without this. It took me about six weeks to get comfortable breastfeeding. Now at three months I donât need it anymore. Use a little dab after you breastfeed each time. Donât skip it! It helps heal your nipples after each feeding. I am lucky that I overproduce and so I only give my baby one side each time she eats and that gave me even more time to heal after each feeding. Wonderful for Nipples and Lips This ointment is a must-have for breastfeeding moms. I gave Lansinoh a try, but it was too thick and sort of sticky. Lansinoh was hard to rub on, but this Medela product glided on perfectly. It does have an odd smell that I’m not a fan of, hence the 4 stars, but it does a great job of keeping my nipples and lips moisturized. I found that this product was also better than using the harsh chemicals that come in Chapstick and other lip balms. I also recommend purchasing Medela Tender Care Lanolin…
