Does what a splint should do. I don’t understand why so many people were unhappy with this product. The only fraying I saw was slight, and it was where the Velcro wrist strap touched the fabric. I didn’t take my splint on and off all day, nor did I continually adjust it; maybe others did and that’s why it happened to them.People complained about the price but I felt the product was priced fairly. I haven’t received a bill yet from the clinic, but I’m guessing I will be charged more for the plaster and cotton…
AWESOME PRODUCT Amazing amazing amazing, first let me say, if you brake a bone, see a doctor. However my schedule caused me issues to see a doctor immediately…I wore this brace vigorously. I only took it off to wash my hands and take a shower…after three weeks and getting a second X-ray, my doctor told me no cast required. However he recommended to keep the brace on for two more weeks. My bone on fifth metacarpel is healing just right.Very happy customer…and by the way they didn’t see a brake…
Good Brace but didn’t work for me This splint was very good; however, I had to return. My left hand is partially paralyzed so getting my 2 outside fingers in the wrap was very difficult for me. Once I had it on for a few minutes the outside edge of my hand and fingers would start to cramp. It was too hard for me to deal with so returned. Had my situation been different I am sure it would have been great.
