Sad to say I carefully measured my sons legs as … Sad to say I carefully measured my sons legs as per McDavid instructions and ordered 2 XL McDavid 422 dual disk hinged knee braces. When they first arrived they were so tight even with both of us tugging/pulling the braces would not fit. I should have gone with my gut feeling and ordered the XXL knee braces for both his legs, but I measured & listened to the advice of the manufacturer. So now I have 2 brand new knee braces that will not fit & cannot be used nor returned…so my advice to…
Great quality but my 13.5 inch knee was too big for a small. Great product but SIZE it correctly. I measured three areas of my knee above center and below. I am 13, 13.5, 13 inches. I got the small. It made my knee hurt worse it was so tight and what it took to get it off was even worse. It came close to cutting off my circulation and deep lines on my legs after 2 hours of wear. I’m reordering the medium. The product itself is built and designed beautifully. High quality as any I have seen.
