Just push the button on the Revvit remote control for five dino-mite modes of play: Find Revvit mode allows you to point the Revvit remote control at Ty Rux as he follows you around; and also in Find Revvit mode, when you place the remote control within an eight-foot distance of Ty Rux, watch as he scans the area to find his buddy Revvit. Standard RC mode can make Ty Rux go forward, backward, or make a directional change by pressing the Dance button. Then get ready for swinging dance moves when you press and hold the Dance button to see Ty Rux spin in circles while smashing and crashing with his wrecking ball. Poor Remote Control Features….An OK Toy. The remote control Dinotrux Ty Rux rates a 3/5 in my review. I purchased this for my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter as a gift. My spouse and I were very excited for the kids to have a fun remote control Dinotrux as the kids love this Netflix series.Although the remote control feature seems great, it works poorly. The remote control must be pointed directly at the two sensors solely located on the dinosaur. In certain modes such as “chase me” mode, the kids lose…
Just get the actual toy they also sell here. I read a review saying that the kid had a hard time controlling the dinosaur. I get it now. On the tv it looks like all you have to do is press a button and the dinosaur will follow you. Nope. It has forward and backward buttons plus a spin/turn button. That wouldnt be so bad but the spin/turn button backs up the dinosaur a foot and then even after letting go of the button it still spins a bit so you can never get it to aim where you’d like. Also the remote only works when like super…
Technology fail My son loves Dinotrux. However, this product is a bit frustrating. You have to be very near to use the remote for Ty Trux, and it has to be directly pointed in front of the dinosaur. The instructions explain quite well, how LIMITED this remote controlled device works; you can’t get it to work if you are behind the dinosaur. If I had known this in the beginning, I would not have purchased it.
