Cute speciality item The set of soaps arrived in 2 days, a set of six soaps individually wrapped in the red box as shown in photo. The box was in a cellophane bag, tied with ribbon and a label which included ” mah johngg tile soaps designed by Barbara Metzer” “made in China for Copa Judaica.” There is an ingredients label on the back: sodium palmate, sodium palm kernelate, water, glycerin, titanium dioxide, sodium chloride, phenoxyethanol (antibacterial agent) dexpanthenol ( moisturizer),…
The soap bars look good but don’t hold up when used. The soaps look very nice. However, I recently put one out for my Mah Jongg guests and after a few uses the green bottom part of the soap wassoft and mushy while the top part was still intact and firm. I won’t be using these soaps again. They were a bit too expensive to begin with, but now I feel they were a waste of money since I’ll only be using the rest of them for decoration.
Gift for Mahjong friend This was an okay gift for my mahjong playing friend. A little pricy. Nothing really special. The symbols were kind of blurred on the soap. Would not purchase again.
