Mattress Sags but the Cover is unmatched in safety compared to others. Save money and just buy the cover. This mattress started to sag in the middle around the 4th week we had our baby home from the hospital. We had the baby in the crib from night 1 and would rotate her around the crib to encourage her full range of head motion. The center of the mattress was significantly sagging by the 3rd month we had it. She is now 16.2lbs at 6 months and was never more than 48th percentile for weight. It is now at the point where when she is sleeping on her stomach I worry about her being able to naturally…
Great breathable mattress! I was weary about ordering this mattress with only a few customer reviews, but the safety features (breathability) won me over. I love the mattress. No chemical smell at all when I opened the package. and it seems to be just the right firmness. Fit our Pottery Barn Kids crib perfectly!
Fire Retardant free and made of high quality materials I looked at a lot of crib mattresses to find the right one for my son. There were a lot of highly reviewed mattresses that caught my eyes. But whenever I would dig deeper I would find things I disliked. Like, for instance, nearly every mattress had some type of flame retardant. Which, if you do your research, nearly every bed will contain some type of retardant(In one form or another). These can be dangerous to your child’s health and are not worth the risk.
