15,000 steps a day, give or take Nice fitness tracker for the price.Pulse reading accurate if properly tight to wrist. Measured against my doctor’s machine. Came out to +/- 5%.Steps average out to accurate. Sometimes it reads a bit too much other times not quite enough.
