Cool monster truck! Length:: 0:19 Mins I really like this LEGO monster truck. LEGO has had a couple different monster trucks over the past two years, and frankly, they pale in comparison. This monster truck dwarfs them in comparison and definitely makes a HUGE statement.Pros:~ The monster truck is HUGE… check out my picture that shows the truck next to the minifig~ The two rubber bands that come with this set make the shocks on this set very realistic…
Very cool design and use of rubber bands WIth 2 boys, we see our share of lego sets. This was my first time having rubber bands included to make springs for the undercarriage. The cool-factor went up a lot. The massive tires are really fun, too. The accessory ramp is lacking and really rather unnecessary, but the truck is great.Side-note: why do the lego city vehicles make you disassemble the roof of the cab to get the people inside and out? Whatever happened to hinged rooftops? My 4yo has trouble getting the lid…
Okay, but a little disappointing Fun build and like the concept of a Lego monster tuck. My big disappointment is the playable feature highlighted, which is the ability to have a suspension on the truck. It barely moves and i would have rather had a stiff build without a suspension. Still fun for my son and i to play with, but doesn’t meet the expectation set by Lego.
