Recreate Chicago’s blend of historical and modern architecture with this realistic LEGO. brick model. The LEGO Architecture Skyline Collection offers models suitable for display in the home and office, and has been developed for all with an interest in travel, architectural culture, history and design. Each set is scaled to give an accurate representation of the comparative size of each structure, with true-to-life color depiction. This detailed building blocks set features the Willis Tower, John Hancock Center, Cloud Gate, DuSable Bridge, Wrigley Building and the Big Red, and is finished with a decorative “Chicago” nameplate for the perfect gift idea.
Tons of adult Lego fun This kit was my first Lego Architecture purchase and I really enjoyed it. I had a great time spending a couple hours taking my time through the build process. The instruction book also has some nice info about the buildings themselves. Ended up with several extra small pieces that I’ll be saving as spare parts for future builds. I will definitely be purchasing more of the architecture sets.
An awesome lego set An awesome lego set. My only problem is that the book included with the set calls the Sears Tower the Willis Tower. As a Chicagoan, it will always be the Sears Tower. Great lego set; it was a fun and easy build and is cool to have a little piece of home on my bookshelf.
Nice collection of Chicago icons My adult son is a big bricker, a Lego fan, ever since he got his first Duplo set as a toddler. Now he’s into the more intricate sets that cost a few hundred bucks. I got him this since I knew he’d get it done in a few hours . He’s currently deployed with the Air Force in Africa and this is a piece of home in the sub-Saharan country. It took him a few hours and it’s now on display in his hootch. This is perhaps one of the cheaper sets out there, so if he looses a piece, it’s no big deal…
