Works great in certain colors I previously used a lesser-known brand of kinesio tape and wanted to try this brand since it came in pre-cut strips, which would make it easier to use than having to measure every time. I’ve been using the tape for wrist tendonitis (from my desk job) and on-again-off-again knee pain (from running). I Love this stuff, and great price! I Love this stuff, and great price!, Easy to use, might take a little getting used to apply, but great videos at their website….. I have used both cotton, and the blend one, that is supposed to be water resistant.Living in Florida (humid), I find the cotton is as good or better, It stays on thru a shower, holds up better while sleeping… the other seems to come loose.
