Trusted Rehabilitation.
The Knee GlideTM was created by physical therapists Robert Schrupp and Bradley Heineck, who saw a need for a home therapy exercise product that helps people rehab from knee or shoulder surgery or injury. It’s ideal for anyone recovering from:
• Knee replacement or surgeries (ACL, PCL)
• Hip replacement or fracture
• Shoulder replacement or surgeries (rotator cuff, etc.)
• Stroke, arthritis
Simple yet Effective.
The Knee Glide is easy to use, whether at home or in the clinic. Simply place the foot or hand on the plate for easy movement back and forth along the track. Minimal effort is required to glide smoothly and securely, allowing for low-impact exercise.
• Builds joint strength for knees and shoulders
• Improves mobility and range of motion
• Increases blood flow
• Promotes synovial fluid, reducing joint friction
Convenient. Versatile.
The Knee Glide features a carrying handle and weighs just three pounds, making it easy to transport. The handle can be attached to the wall for added stability during use. Additional features:
• Allows for supine, seated, abduction, adduction, and flexion exercises
• Includes exercise instructions for use at home
• Maximum dimensions (with handle unfolded): 32″ L x 5″ W x 5 ½” H
• Made in the U.S.A.
Very easy to use. This has been helpful reducing the stress and helping rehab my patients when it comes to shoulder, knee, wrist, and ankle rehab with active ranges of motion. I add ankle weights to help patient progress with light resistance especially for the shoulder and knee issues. A great addition anyone needing to use it at home or for a clinical area. Takes minimal space and using small low tech items to show patients how to keep the body moving shows them they don’t need to go overboard in rehabbing…
Great tool I have been using the Knee Glide for the past few weeks. It is very light weight which makes it easy to carry to the patient’s rooms. Have used with a large variety of patients (TKA, THA, and even stroke). Glides well and is easy to use.
Helps tremendously!!! Had total knee replacement eight days ago. I have been using this since getting home from hospital. My rom today was 100. I am very pleased. I had the other knee done two years ago and did not get this rom until later on. I would greatly recommend this piece of equipment. I used the cookie sheet with the last knee. This is much easier and I believe much more effective!
