Nowhere near the quality of the Mini Treats kit I originally ordered the food version of this kit and loved it so much I ordered this one. The first kit (foods, i.e. doughnuts, ice cream cones, popsicles, apples, pears, slices of pizza, pineapple etc.) was a huge hit both for the sewer (me) and the recipients (my kids, nephews, nieces, friends of my kids). That kit first stood out to me because my kids have an affinity for stuffed animals and Shopkins and I love to craft. So I thought it was almost like a shopkins meets a stuffed animal…
I highly recommend this kit, and the company is amazing to work with if you have any questions at all. I first have to say that I am really impressed with the Klutz kits that I have ordered thus far. They are not only cute, but the instructions are really detailed and well written, unlike a lot of other craft kits that I have ordered in the past. This kit is the follow-up to their first felt plushies kit, “Sew Mini Treats” (which I also highly recommend). My Daughter Loves Making These Small Animals This is a great kit. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. This kit is for an older child, 8ish or if younger a child that has some experience with sewing. The Kit came with a book of instructions, card stock templates/patterns to trace, felt, a needle and tapestry thread. The only thing the negative reviews were right about is that the needle provided is not great for sewing felt but, can you blame them?
