If you stick to their original basic formula (in the bar form) you will be fine. I also use this soap to kill fleas I buy this soap (this is their original basic formula) because it has no palm oil and it cleans very well. I use it in the shower and I also use it as my facial cleanser. When I wash my face with it, I first apply coconut oil to my entire face and then I lather up with the soap.A word of caution here, not all Kiss My Face soaps are palm oil free. Not the usual product we have recieved through amazon–out latest batch smells horribly of smoke and rubber Not sure what’s going on with this soap. Used to be our favorite soap, but we just received our subscription order back in February and these bars smell AWFUL. Like industrial waste almost.
