Tips for Using the Spin Mop: 
1.There is a twisting joint on the mop rod. Turn it ON so you can adjust the rod length or push handle down (when vertical) to dry the mop. Turn it OFF when mopping. 
2.Step on the mop plate first and then push/pull the mop handle to adjust the handle angle.
