needs to be packaged better, didn’t arrive in perfect condition, but a world of help in organization First of all, do not buy this if you are OCD because it is packed with the thinnest styrofoam ever made and breaks into tiny pieces upon opening and scatters all over the place. I was a little skeptical purchasing this based on some mixed reviews but I ordered it anyway because it had all the dimensions and components I was looking for to organize my daughters toys. Damaged product feom Kidcraft, again. Arrived with a lot of different chips and scratches, the foam packaging was DESTROYED, to the point that when I was taking the pieces out, the foam particles would end up everywhere!!! The pieces looked like they were just thrown about and finally put into a box with old crumbly foam with no regard! Very disappointed that I purchased a third product from kid craft, because this shelf had the most notable damage/deffect of the three (kid craft large kitchen, washer dryer set, and this shelf)…
Packaging has changed!!! I was so worried iâd end up with a damaged package because I couldnât find anything similar to this on the market and it was exactly what I needed. I didnât want the hassle of returning or being forced to keep it because of the return hassle like so many 5 star reviewers have. Iâm happy to report that as of April 2018 the packaging has improved. I didnât even have an explosion of styrofoam upon opening. No boards were broke or scratched. It went together easily and though itâs no oak piece itâs…
