Love the set, not the paint. This would really be more of a 3.5 star review . . . We got this for my son for his first Rosh Hashanah. He was really too young to play with it, but we used the pieces as props for some funny photos. Unfortunately, we noticed almost immediately that there was significant paint chipping on some of the pieces. The insert that comes with the set asks that purchasers contact KidKraft directly with any problems, which we did. They were extremely responsive and replaced the chipped pieces right…
Awesome set for imaginative holiday play LOVE the KidKraft holiday sets. They are so well made and include all the details of the holiday. Rosh Hashanah set has candlesticks, a shofar and apples/honey set that allow for interactive play. My kids have so much from playing with them that soon they have learned all about the holiday through their imaginative play.
It helps me to explain things to her in a way she can easily understand. I also recommend this set for schools Very neat and well made durable wooden set that is quite detailed! My daughter enjoys looking at, putting together and learning about the individual pieces and their history and what they represent.
