Perfect first dollhouse for my 4 year old! This dollhouse was a gift to my daughter for her 4th birthday yesterday and she has played with it all day today, she loves it! I debated getting this or a dollhouse fit for Barbies, but I didn’t like the cheap looking Barbie houses I saw, nor did I want a 4+ ft tall monstrosity taking up way too much space. This dollhouse is less than 3 ft and the perfct size for my 4 year old to sit and play with it. Barbies don’t fit inside the house, unless they stand on the top floor with an open roof. So…
In tears…. total let down! 🙁 I am so disappointed!!! 🙁 My husband and I assembled this house tonight for a santa present for our daughter. The pieces do not fit together correctly AT ALL! The middle floor wall is too short and literally just falls into or out of the house. We were able to put some toothpicks in the track and used wood glue to make it work for Christmas morning, but this is a total let down to us. We have purchased a lot of kidkraft items in the past, and I was really excited to have found this doll house…
Great value, good quality. This is an absolutely beautiful dollhouse. I bought this for my 3 year old for her birthday and she’s in love with it! All of our guests also commented on how cute it was. As for assembly, I put this together by myself in about an hour. It was relatively simply, except for the part that lead to my deducting a star: one of the holes wasn’t drilled deep enough for me to put the screw in place, so I had to super glue pieces together.
