Very helpful aid I purchased this following surgery on my dominant hand. I’d initially purchased Bottom Buddy because it had better reviews, but found it too be too large to adequately clean my behind. Also the tissue often fell out. This works much better. Note that I am a large woman.

Forget all other brands – this one is best Works far better than the 2 most expensive brands – both of which I owned, and both of which have broken and been replaced with this one. For about the same price as one of the expensive ones, I bought 3 of these – one for each bathroom, and a 3rd one to take with me in my rollator.
