Defective product Defective product. I bought this Owlette doll as a gift for a 2 year old who is a big fan of PJ Masks and her favorite character is Owlette. I just received this toy and while the batteries are included, it doesn’t work. When pressing her hand, she doesn’t talk nor play music. Very disappointed. Pricey for such a defective product. We are processing a return.
Multiples didn’t work I ordered this doll which was supposed to sing and light up and it didn’t work when it arrived. I chalked it up to a faulty doll and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived this morning and that doesn’t work either so I will be returning this 2nd doll for a refund. I guess these aren’t checked before they leave the warehouse or they are just cheaply wired. I’m disappointed because its cute but I can’t waste any more time waiting on a doll that will actually work.
3 yr old loves it! My nephew loves this show and this was a perfect gift for his 3rd birthday. He hugs it and sleeps with it. I was nervous when I first got it that it didn’t work but there is a strip inside that you pull that puts it into display mode. After you open it you switch it to on mode.
