Great toy for kids who like to figure out how things work I gave this kit to a 2 and a half year old and he LOVES it! He is very into figuring out how things work, building things, etc and he hasn’t quite caught on to the drill and screws yet, but he’s close! When he first opened it he spent a solid 4 hours playing with the various toys, then woke up and stared playing all over again. We rotated through each toy so the parts wouldn’t get mixed together and he wouldn’t tire of them.
Very good toy I bought this for my son who just turned 2 and he absolutely loves playing with it! The extra movements on the airplane’s propeller, the train’s wheels, etc are great. Also, the quality of the material used is very good and the bright colors make it even more appealing to play with. He hasn’t taken the toys apart yet. He just loosens and tightens back some of the screws and he enjoys “repairing” them. We’ve still yet to see when he’ll totally take them apart. Although, it would have…
It’s not a major detail but can get mildly annoying. That being said I would still buy this … This is the cutest little set and my son absolutely loves it. I even catch my 9 and 10 year old nephews playing with them often. The only problem I’ve experienced so far is that the changeable head of the screw driver will pop out of the drill.
