This is an excellent vaccum it does exactly what it was designed to do. These reviews have lost most of their relevance to me. I believe vendors are cutting their own throats by providing people free product for review purposes. I hope this review is more practical than most about this product.This vacuum performs admirably, it is much quieter than I expected and is great to KEEP your house clean. Some Great Pluses With Some Frustrating Minuses Length:: 8:15 Mins UPDATE July 11, 2017I have been using this Roomba for a few weeks now. First, I am leaving my rating at 4 stars. I don’t claim to be great with technology I’ve used the Roomba 890 for a few weeks now and here’s what I think…I own a 2000 square foot, single story home. I have a dog that sheds everywhere and 2 long haired cats. My household has a 4 year old that leaves crumbs everywhere and I too have long hair that sheds a lot. Most of my home has hardwood flooring, which shows every single one of those hairs. We have tile in the wet areas and carpet in a couple of the bedrooms.
