Edison bulbs that emit a brighter and whiter light While I love the bright white light these LED Edison bulbs put out (see photo), other buyers should be aware that they donât produce a yellow soft light like the vintage Edison bulbs (see photo). For me it was a pleasant surprise since I like the antique look of Edison bulbs, but prefer a brighter and whiter light. One drawback I notice is they donât work that well with the dimmer. As I lower the dimmer, the light seems to dim only a little bit and then jump to a much dimmer setting…it’s…
No refund option after time. Test for defects on delivery. GOOD: The bulbs that work are very nice! They look wonderful!BAD: I recently opened the fourth one and it acts like it has a blinker built-in. I know this is a bad bulb because I tried it in three other lamps and fixtures where existing led lights are. So, 25% of these don’t work. Consider that in your purchase cost.OVERALL: I like these. But, advice-to-others (and self!), do test all bulbs in a short time after delivery. If you wait too long, there is no option…
