The Best I am 10 weeks out of knee surgery (ACL). When I first stood up, my brace slid down to my foot. It never stayed in place, therefore it was more hazardous than helpful. Easy to use This Hinged Knee brace is precisely what I needed to limit the mobility of my knee after ACL surgery. The hinges keep the joint from rotating out of plane. It is very helpful and useful Having purchased it for my left knee hurt a year ago. Though it has been cured, I still feel the pain after walking for some distances. When I got this brace and wear it walking outside, I can apparently feel better and comfortable. The size just fits my knee. It is very helpful and useful.
