The struggle is real – Hanukkah is nearly a month away! Just arrived and doing my best not to dig in as they are for a party on the second night of Hanukkah – nearly a month away! They are in net bags in brightly coloured red and silver foil packaging. Parve, non-dairy, nut-free – The chocolate smells so delicious. I must hide the box from myself.I am certain this product will be excellent! Thank you.
Cute and well packaged; chocolate disappointing These are tiny cute little bundles of gelt. I was disappointed with the chocolate. It is better than Palmer or Frankford, but not as delicious as I was hoping for. Flavor alone would get three stars from me, but the chocolates are nicely packaged and the silver holo wrap was definitely a hit so I bumped it up to four stars. It was nice they were made in a nut-free facility, and clearly marked on each bundle for peace of mind for kiddos who know to check the label.
Taste: good. Value: meh. Appearance: meh. These were made of great-tasting chocolate, but, as others have pointed out, there weren’t very many coins per sack, so value for money wasn’t the best, even as cheaply priced as they were. Also–and this might seem silly, but in my case, it was actually an important detail–I ordered expecting a gold foil wrapping, but all of them were wrapped in a silvery foil. It was pretty, all holographic and stuff, but not what was pictured. I wouldn’t have purchased this had I realized I would be getting…
