No, not for oil. The description says that you can change from small candles to large candles or oil. Because of this, I thought I might be able to use it instead of those glass cups that always suffer scorch marks annually when I use oil. Though you can, in theory, use it for oil, it holds very little volume and an insufficient amount to burn for 30 minutes. Maybe this was just me being overly hopeful and that I should’ve known better based on the pictures. Assuming the seller understands that it needs to burn…
I affixed these to a dinosaur to make a menorasaurus … I affixed these to a dinosaur to make a menorasaurus. They worked perfectly. I also spray painted them gold because the gold were more expensive than the silver. The spray pain that I used adhered to the cups and I had no problems with them.
These are so awesome I buy them for every menorah We’ve had our first set for over 15 years and got a second set finally for a new menorah. The first set is still in excellent condition and the new set looks like it’s just as well made as the first set I bought.
