Not as big as a real Berner, but just as loveable! Soft, cuddly, and looks just like a Bernese Mountain dog :)I had this waiting on my daughter’s pillow the night that we had to put down our Berner, so that she could sleep with her puppy that night to quell the tears. Thank you Gund!
A Friend for Life I always buy Gund puppies for my new-born cousins. That’s because my grannie gave me a Gund Slumber Pup when I was 5 years old. That was (ahem) several decades ago and I still have him. He was a faithful friend through measles, chicken pox, tonsillitis and lots of common colds. I still cuddle with him when the stock market takes a dive and I need a faithful friend. Gund makes stiffed toys that LAST. Their available models change over the years but the quality remains consistent.
Jury still out… Got this for my 94 year old mother with dementia… hesitant at first, but she seems to be warming to “Lucy” as a companion during the day. The product itself is well made, soft and behaves itself.
