great for freezing single servings of bone broth for interval fasting These containers are great if you do the 36 hour or longer interval fast and need some bone broth to get you through it. 4oz seems to be enough broth to get through the fast so these containers are perfect. Easy to use and reuse! These are just great. I needed leak-proof 1/2 cup containers to fit in my carry-to-work lunch kit. My cousin actually gave me 4 Tupperware with lids. Cost around $16, I think. I can’t use them because with my arthritic hands I can’t get the lids on or off with reasonable effort. (On is impossible. If someone else seals them for me, I can just barely pry them off. perfect for school lunches I don’t know why my local supermarkets never seem to have what I want, thank goodness for Amazon!I love these, they are just the perfect size and just as importantly, they never leak!
