Customer service great, product poor. Length:: 0:21 Mins Let me start by saying the company and I settled out my issues with this wagon in two days. That being said this is a cheap, flimsy poorly built product. The steering assembly is very thin with a lot of up and down play, and the handle does not fit tight. When I first oppend the hardware bag I was pleased to see cap nuts for the wood pannel bolts, these cap nuts are junk that fell appart and left bolts sticking out to snag your leg on or for children…
Good little Wagon! Bought this wagon last week. UPS delivered last night. This will be a Christmas gift for my son and daughter. Everyone gripes about the smell. Yes, there is a smell. I took everything out of the box to verify that all pieces are there, and make sure there where no dents, dings, scratches, ect. As I said it’s a Christmas gift. Cute Red Wagon The smell coming from the wheels is pretty intense. I washed them with soap and water, and they still smell. I think I’ll go around the neighborhood with the wagon, and hopefully it will wear away. Other than the smell, I really like the wagon. It is really easy to turn, and easy to put together. I decided to add a stain to the wood panels for a more rustic look.
