Fun for awhile, the dog had a hard time understanding the kids voices Upon seeing the box, my girls (9 and 7) couldn’t wait to get it open. The dog started working as soon as we turned it on, no need to charge it first which was great. It comes with a charging cord similar to a cell phone so no replacing batteries every other day either. The instructions are easy. You just say “Hey Georgie”, wait for it to yip so you know if heard you, then you give a command that is listed in the instructions. I paid a lot of money for this dog for … I paid a lot of money for this dog for a Christmas gift for my 4-year old daughter, and I’ve been less than impressed. The dog does not seem to understand a lot of commands, or when he does respond, it’s incorrect (ex: dances when we say “stay”, that kind of thing). My daughter really tried to play with it at first, but now it’s too cumbersome and hard to work with. So it’s sitting in a corner collecting dust. Save your money and get another toy. This is not worth it.

Difficult to use and mechanics are loud I really wanted this toy you work out. Even speaking very clearly, the toy does not recognise the commands that are in the instruction booklet. Georgies mechanics are also extremely audible. Almost as loud as the ‘bark” itself. My son still plays with him, just in off mode. At least the toy was on sale when we purchased it.
