One Star Changed these from a one star to a five star. We had purchased these and thought they were adult hats but once the adult hats we ordered arrived, these are definitely smaller than the adult hats. They do run LARGE for KIDS hats. They are a surprising good quality and our party was weeks ago and the kids are still wearing them. I would definitely buy these again. Too big for toddlers for sure but will work for school age kids & teens.
