How To Size Your Foldible Walking Stick

Wearing your shoes, naturally stand upright. Put your arms to your side with a natural bend at the elbow. Have someone measure the distance from your wrist joint to the floor. This is the height at which to set your cane. If you don’t have someone to measure for you, convert your height to inches, divide by two and add a half-inch to this height.

Sturdy, convenient folding cane. I’ve used foldable canes for 17 years, and like to keep two available. My previous canes I have had for 10 and 17 years respectively, and after 17 years of steady use, the older one, while still usable, the pattern had faded/rubbed off and it had begun to wobble slightly. Easy to break but strong Look, itâs a fun and convenient cane. I like that it folds up so easily and then unfolds itself. That being said, itâs easy to accidentally unhinge a part that isnât supposed to be unhinged and essentially completely break the cane.It can hold my weight and it works perfectly fine but within a week of having it, I accidentally separated two pieces (as it wasnât made clear what were foldable pieces and what we werenât) and couldnât reconnect them.
