sukkah for 2, great transportability. This little sukkah is great for our family of 2. Easy to assemble, very transportable. My wife and I can fit a folding chair for each of us, as well as a foldable 4 ft table in the sukkah for our meals. The scach is about 5 ft 8″ off the ground [thus, I need to stoop down, slightly]. It is definitely worth the money, if you plan on traveling, or only have a small deck/porch for your apartment. Seems pretty durable, too. We plan on taking it down to the park on chol hamoed.
Great for a person who didn’t have time or money to build a proper sukkah! I have a friend who recently bought her first house, wanted a sukkah, but just didn’t have time or money to build a proper one. She was going to do without a sukkah, and it broke my heart, so I bought her this pop-up. We popped it up in about 5 minutes, and she was overjoyed. She is 4’9, so the small size wasn’t a problem — it was a perfect size for her! And the zipper closure means she can bring her cat into the sukkah for more enjoyment.
If only it came with instructions! This is my first Sukkah and I am the only observant member of my household, so the size and packability of this unit are just about perfect. My problem is the only instructions that come with it are for popping it open, which is pretty much a no-brainer since it will do that by itself. There are NO instructions for proper use of the tie-down straps and anchors, nor is there any explanation for the use of three bamboo rods to hold up the schach.
